CPARC in Mount Holly Springs, PA, is seeking a Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring health and safety, and providing direct care to residents in a residential setting.

The position requires supervisory experience, an Associate's degree in a human services field (or equivalent two years in a residential setting), and a PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting.
• Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals served.
• Supervise/evaluate/train staff and participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Handle weekly/monthly/annual paperwork and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with families, peers and other professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
