The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full time Residential Supervisor for a group home that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Openings located in Mechanicsburg and New Cumberland, PA.

Supervisors provide supervision and direction in a residential setting to direct care staff and provide direct care to individuals with disabilities receiving services in the program to which they are assigned. This involves ensuring the health and safety of the individuals living at the assigned site, supervising/evaluating/training staff, sharing in on-call responsibility, weekly/monthly/annual paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a professional working relationship with the individuals' families, peers, subordinates, all "team" members, and other professionals as well as other duties as assigned. Our Residential Supervisors ONLY oversee ONE group home with 2 to 4 individuals

Interested candidates with supervisory and residential experience must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or it's equivalent
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
• Supervisory experience and experience in Residential Services preferred

Residential Supervisor's receive CPARC's competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision & life insurance, long term disability, 3 weeks of vacation during 1st year of employment, retirement plan, and extensive paid training program. Full time position starting at $20.50 per hour.
