Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The opening is located in Mt Holly Springs, PA.

You will supervise direct care staff and provide direct care while ensuring health and safety, regulatory compliance, and professional collaboration with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
• Possess an Associate's degree in a human services related field or have two years of experience in a residential setting.
• Experience supervising direct care workers who support individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to direct care staff and oversee daily activities.
• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in the program.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals living at the site.
• Supervise, evaluate and train staff members.
• Share on-call responsibility with the team.
• Complete weekly, monthly and annual paperwork.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care.
• Maintain professional relationships with families and other professionals.
