Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required with 3 years of experience in human services or direct care.
• Medication Administration Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid/CPR certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift/move up to 200 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of community home staff.
• Oversight of care provided to individuals with special needs.
• Assist with caregiving duties as needed.
• Documentation of fire drills, client progress notes, and medication administration.
