Lifesteps, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Supervisor to oversee a Residential Home with Direct Care Staff for the Canonsburg/Cecil area near Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operations and ensuring quality care for individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing care, and maintaining documentation such as fire drills and medication administration. A 7am–3pm daylight shift with on-call duties is required for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 3 years in human services or related field.
• Must obtain Medication Administration Certification within 6 months.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of residential home staff.
• Oversee care provided to individuals with special needs.
• Assist with caregiving duties as needed.
• Document such as fire drills, client progress notes, and medication administration.
