Job summary

View Point Health seeks a Residential Care Provider (RCP) to support residents with IDD in a community living setting. The role requires assisting with daily activities, meals, transport, and safety compliance in Reynolds Home/Clayton Co. GA.

Minimum: High school diploma or GED with six months of relevant experience; CNA/DSP/DCP/PCT preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 20 lbs required; background check and TB evaluation required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a high school diploma or GED with six months of relevant training or experience.
• Preferred credentials include CNA, Direct Support Professional, Direct Care Professional or PCT.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with IDD in a residential setting, supporting daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, and medical monitoring per HCPs.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and report safety concerns.
• Assist with meals, shopping, transport to appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Complete daily progress notes in the ECR system and adhere to training guidelines.
