Job summary

View Point Health is seeking a Residential Care Provider in Covington, GA to support adults with developmental disabilities in a community residential setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor progress, and document outcomes.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, a valid Georgia driver's license, and a clean driving record. Training and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) months of relevant job-related training or experience.
• Must be 21 years of age, have a valid Georgia Driver's License, and a clean motor vehicle report.
• Preferred: MH/IDD population experience; CNA/DSP/DCP/PCT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and report progress per treatment/behavior plans.
• Assist with daily living skills: dressing, hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, money management, socialization.
• Transport residents to work, appointments, shopping, and activities.
• Supervise medication self-administration and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean and organized residence and complete required documentation.
