Job summary

View Point Health in Jonesboro, GA is seeking a Residential Care Provider (RCP) to deliver person-centered support to residents with IDD in our Community Living Arrangements. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, monitor health, and help residents participate in routines in a home-like setting.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED and six months of relevant experience. CNA/DSP/DCP/PCT certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of relevant job-related training or experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check (including fingerprinting), TB evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with IDD, assisting with daily living activities and healthcare-related tasks.
• Assist with toileting, meals, mobility, and transportation as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment per guidelines.
• Complete daily progress notes in the ECR system (Carelogic).
• Adhere to all training guidelines including CPR, First Aid, CPI.
