Job summary

LHRC Residential Treatment Center seeks a Direct Service Worker to deliver Active Treatment per each client's Plan of Care. You will provide day-to-day supervision, training, and support to residents, under the Home Manager and Program Director.

You will implement behavior plans, assist with intake, and conduct individual/group counseling as needed. A valid driver's license is required to support transportation and program activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 23 years old, and not younger than 18.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Implement Active Treatment per each client's Individual Plan of Care.
• Assist in developing and implementing Active Treatment and Behavior Management Plans.
• Supervise self-administration of medications where applicable.
• Assist in intake and development of client plans; provide individual/group counseling as directed.
• Supervise cooking, meal planning, shopping, and household maintenance with clients.
• Encourage participation in recreational and social development activities.
• Follow LHRC policies and procedures; report incidents and ensure safety.
