Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions seeks a Residential Associate in Boardman, OR. This on-call, non-exempt position offers shift-based hours with differential pay for nights and weekends. A $500 hiring bonus is available, with a two-year commitment and staggered tax payout.

You will provide services to residents, supervise interactions, administer medications as ordered, and maintain critical documentation while upholding safety and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; pass background check; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must pass criminal background checks as required by ORS.
• Ability to meet driving and auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and supports to residents to develop skills per their personal care plan.
• Actively supervise residents in community and facility settings.
• Administer medications per physician orders following agency policies.
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation; report critical incidents as required.
