Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a Residential Associate for Lakeview Heights. The role supports residents with daily living, personal care, and recovery-oriented activities within a structured care plan. It requires calm, compassionate interaction and precise documentation.

The position is 0.9 FTE with rotating day shifts,, offering a $4,950 hiring bonus and shift differentials for nights or weekends. Eligibility includes a high school diploma, driver's license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact and relate to residents, staff and others with respect and dignity.
• Effective written and verbal communication; understand laws, rules and policies.
• Experience in crisis situations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read logs and client documents; make entries during and after shifts.
• Assist residents with self-care, meals, mobility and daily activities.
• Administer prescribed medications per orders and document accordingly.
• Supervise meals, feeding, and dining plans; conduct drills as assigned.
• Orient, train and support residents toward recovery within PCP/ISP guidelines.
• Attend trainings; report safety hazards and policy violations.
• Maintain clean, safe living spaces and report issues promptly.
