Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee a direct care team in Fort Atkinson. You will supervise, train and mentor caregivers, ensuring high-quality client care and safety in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include guiding daily living support, behavior redirection, meal prep and housekeeping, with a focus on promoting independence and well-being for clients with disabilities. Full-time and part-time options are available, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of acceptable driving record.
• Successful caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff along with training, coaching and mentoring your team.
• Provide supervision of personnel and client care, ensuring safety and welfare.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and daily living tasks.
• Redirect challenging behaviors and promote independence and quality of life.
