Alter Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Care Path Manager (Case Manager) in Dana Point, CA, to lead client care in a residential setting. You will supervise care coordinators, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in behavioral health, strong client advocacy, and ability to manage crises while coordinating across clinical teams. Position offers full-time hours with competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, case management, or residential treatment.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Must pass Live Scan fingerprint clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, individualized support to clients throughout treatment.
• Monitor progress and align with treatment goals.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support programs and outcomes.
• Represent client needs in treatment planning and discussions.
• Support continuity of care and cross-service coordination.
• Ensure a safe, structured residential environment and crisis intervention as needed.
• Supervise and mentor Care Coordinators; assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Oversee daily residential operations and maintain documentation for audits.
