Upstate Caring Partners seeks a Residence Manager to oversee daily shift operations at the residential facility and coordinate staff training. You will ensure IPP implementation, monitor building conditions, and advocate for individuals to be fully integrated into community life.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Office Suite.
• Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model with positive communication and social skills.
• Ensure IPP is implemented and documented.
• Oversee daily shift operations and safety of individuals.
• Maintain timely records and reports as directed.
• Develop and maintain communication with people supported, families, and agencies.
