Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee daily shift operations of a residential facility, coordinate staff training and orientation, and advocate for individuals to be integrated into community life. You will ensure records are completed and building needs are managed while maintaining strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in Human Services or related field is required; BS/BA preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs including Windows Office Suite.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related role.
• Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.

• Act as a role model demonstrating positive communication and emotional intelligence.
• Ensure IPP is implemented and documented.
• Oversee safety and well-being of individuals in the residence.
• Supervise daily shift operations of the residence.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with people we support, staff, families, and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with government and agency regulations.
