Job summary

Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee daily shift operations at our residential facility and coordinate staff training. You will ensure records are completed and advocate for individuals to engage with the community.

The role requires monitoring building conditions, supervising staff, and maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder communication to support quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (Including Windows Office Suite)
• Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model demonstrating positive communication, good social skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Ensure IPP is implemented and documented.
• Ensure the accomplishment of individuals’ goals and behavior plans.
• Oversee the safety and well‑being of the individuals.
• Maintain timely completion of all records and reports.
