Job summary

Aware Inc. in Montana is seeking a Residential Manager to lead intensive support and stabilization care for adults, children, and families in a group home setting. The role combines staff leadership, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and hands-on resident care to foster growth and safety.

You will supervise staff, coordinate treatment plans, manage day-to-day operations and community activities, and ensure licensing standards are met while supporting a compassionate culture of care.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Human Services or 4+ years of direct employment experience.
• Two years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Montana Driver’s License required.
• Clean driving record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule staff for adequate coverage.
• Ensure residents receive care and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and manage budgets; oversee finances and overtime.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain safety and upkeep of the home.
• Maintain records and reports for residents and staff.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans and therapies.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and community activities.
