Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily operations in our residential programs. You will work with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, community involvement, and person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing ISP and therapeutic interventions, monitoring health and medications, and maintaining safe living spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.
• 3 years of related experience in residential care preferred.
• MAP certification is a plus and may yield differential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations.
• Supervise and train residential staff; model best practices in care.
• Lead teams with collaboration and clear communication.
• Provide on-call coverage, including some weekends and RD vacation.
