You will work with the Residence Director and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered support. This position offers leadership development opportunities within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care leadership or supervision.
• Ability to supervise staff and lead teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to cover on-call and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations and supervision of residential staff.
• Support residents to learn life skills, promote independence, and community engagement.
• Engage with families, guardians, and external providers to support residents’ goals.
• Assist with budgeting, documentation, meetings, and certifications (MAP, CPR, First Aid).
