• Ability to supervise and train residential staff and model best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations and oversight.
• Supervise and train residential staff; promote collaboration and positive communication.
• Provide on-call coverage and occasional weekend support; cover RD Vacations.
• Support residents in learning life skills, ISP implementation, health monitoring, and safe spaces.
