Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily residence operations and lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll assist the Residence Director, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, supportive home environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and at least 3 years of related experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license class C or D1.
• At least 3 years of related experience in residential care or similar setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Residence Director with daily residence operations.
• Supervise and train residential staff, modeling best practices in care.
• Lead teams to promote collaboration, problem-solving, and positive communication.
• Provide on-call coverage, including weekends and Residence Director vacation coverage.
• Support residents to learn life skills, foster independence and community engagement.
• Implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and therapeutic interventions with accuracy.
• Monitor health, nutrition, medication administration, and appointments.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly residential spaces.
• Maintain relationships with residents’ families, guardians, and external service providers.
• Advocate for residents’ goals within the residence and the broader community.
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and record-keeping.
• Complete required certifications and ongoing training (MAP, CPR, First Aid).
