Easterseals NH is seeking Residential Support Counselors in Nottingham, NH to join a compassionate team. This full-time role offers 38 hours weekly with weekend shifts, and compensation at $24 per hour.

Providing support in two residential homes, staff promote independence and safety for adults in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include daily living assistance, medication administration, light housekeeping, meals, and community outings, all while following each client’s care plan and

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in Human Services
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

Responsabilidades

• Promote independence and safety in a residential home setting
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration
• Support household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Accompany individuals on outings, appointments, and community events
• Follow each individual’s care plan
• Staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
• Complete required daily documentation
• Other duties as needed or assigned

Conhecimentos

Human services experience

Valid driver’s license
