Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• SUD Residential programming experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, willing to take initiative and work without direct supervision.
• Employee must be punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake and admissions process.
• Assist clinical team with individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Monitor and evaluate resident progress and provide guidance.
• Oversee daily operations of the residential facility and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical, medical, and administrative departments for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate resident records and incident reports.
• Address and resolve conflicts among residents or with staff.
