Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC) in Manteno, IL seeks a Residential Coordinator to support clients within our behavioral health program.

The role includes processing incoming patients, assisting the Case Manager/Counselor, and maintaining safety procedures, inventory, and medication documentation. Requirements include a High School diploma, CPR and First Aid certification, a valid driver's license and insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Driver's license and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming patients including basic orientation to program rules.
• Assist Case Manager/Counselor with client activities by implementing scheduled and/or requested activities.
• Inventory incoming and outgoing clothing and supplies of clients for quantity and safety checks.
• Obtain pertinent information from staff of previous shift to relay to current shift.
• Monitor self-administration of medications by clients and document in SAMMS, MAR/PRN log according to regulations.
• Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday (11:00p - 7:30a) with flexibility to accommodate agency's need.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Work Location: 333 W. Evergreen St., Manteno, IL.
• Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
• DCFS clearance required.
