Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator for the 1st shift in Springfield, IL.
You will oversee intake/admissions with the Access to Care Department and coordinate resident placement, while supporting clinical staff with individualized treatment plans and progress monitoring. The role requires a High School diploma, potential SUD residential programming experience, and a valid driver's license.

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a substance use treatmentorganization offering comprehensive behavioral health programs,including medication-assisted recovery, to individuals withsubstance use disorders (SUDs) and co-occurring mental healthconditions. With over 25 years of experience and multiple locationsacross the state, we provide a full continuum of care for substanceuse disorder, from prevention and harm reduction to treatment andrecovery support. Our programs integrate FDA-approved medicationsfor the treatment of substance use disorders, including all threemedications approved to treat opioid use disorder (buprenorphine,methadone, and naltrexone). We strive to meet our patients wherethey are, bringing care outside clinic walls via telehealth andmobile services and ensuring patients have access to harm reductionresources and education.
Schedule: 7am to 3:30 pm weekend requiredwithflexibility required to meet patient and agency needs. Must work aminimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate: Up to $17 per hour; based on experience and qualifications
