Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II to support residents at the Johnson Creek SRTF in Milwaukie, Oregon. You will provide personal care, environmental intervention, and limited group activities per an approved curriculum, while following physician orders for medications and maintaining medical charts.

The role requires QMHA registration eligibility, a related degree or experience, and driving is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field.
• OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting.
• OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts and count sheets.
• Transport clients to and from the program and assist with self-administration of medications.
• Maintain compliance with productivity and documentation standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science

Three years of verifiable behavioral health experience
