Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Care Associate II to support residents at McKenzie Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon.

The role focuses on following individualized treatment plans, personal care, environmental interventions, and medication administration while maintaining documentation and safety standards. This part-time evening schedule provides shift from Friday to Monday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with various differentials including night shift, secure program, and bilingual pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field) required.
• OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting.
• OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training.
• Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through MHACBO; QMHA‑R registration required during first week.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in following individualized treatment plans and provide personal care services.
• Assist with environmental interventions, activities, and medication administration per protocol.
• Provide documentation, transport clients as needed, and maintain compliance with productivity and safety standards.
