Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, Oregon, seeks a Residential Care Associate I to join the Beckett Center team. You will provide caring companionship, assist with daily living tasks, help with meal prep, and support that fosters independence, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

This full‑time role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to meet physical demands, and completion of on‑the‑job training, crisis de‑escalation and CPR. Wage and benefits follow AFSCME bargaining terms.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Direct Care staff must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and help with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing.
• Transport clients to and from the program.
• Pass medications under RN guidance and document services.
