Job summary

CALIFORNIA ENHANCED BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES LLC in Indio, CA is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive operational leadership across multiple residential programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, financial accountability, quality assurance, and exceptional consumer care while partnering with Executive Leadership.

The role requires leading by example, maintaining visibility within homes, coaching leadership teams, and driving staffing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum three years of management experience in residential services or related human services.
• Minimum two years supervising multiple programs or residential homes.
• Knowledge of California Title 17, Title 22, DDS, Regional Center, and licensing regulations.
• Active ARF and RBT certificates held.
• Strong staffing, scheduling, compliance, and QA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of assigned residential homes.
• Maintain leadership visibility within programs and coach leadership teams.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and staffing efficiency; manage overtime usage.
• Ensure QA initiatives, incident review, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead financial and operational planning with Executive Leadership.
• Prepare for licensing visits and internal audits; ensure audit readiness.
• Report weekly on QA, staffing, overtime, recruitment, finances, and turnover.
