Job summary

Psynergy Programs (psynergy.org) seeks a Program Manager to organize and supervise residential care activities at our Sacramento facility. You will plan curricula, coordinate staff, and ensure documentation aligns with agency and regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree with relevant mental health experience; supervisory skills and a proactive, collaborative approach are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree plus 2 years experience in Mental Health setting, or Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in behavioral health or residential care preferred.
• Great attitude and willingness to learn; additional certifications earned a preference.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements program curriculum including psychoeducation, social support, and recreation services.
• Orients, trains, and deploys residential staff to achieve program goals and principles.
• Hires, trains, schedules, monitors, and disciplines program staff.
• Oversees adjunctive activity providers (yoga, sports, art) for timely, appropriate services.
• Provides on-call support at least 2 times a week; acts as facility Administrator in absence.
