CUI Telecommunications seeks a Broadband Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential broadband services, including high‑speed internet and cable TV. You will configure customer premises equipment and ensure services meet company standards.

The role requires strong problem solving, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in field settings, with safety and customer satisfaction as priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Install, activate, maintain, and repair residential broadband services.
• Configure modems, routers, wireless gateways, set‑top boxes for customers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform on-site diagnostics.
• Route, terminate, and test cabling; verify service performance.
• Complete service documentation and maintain safe, professional work.
