As a Branch Manager, you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture. Extensive training will prepare you to apply business acumen to revenue growth through achieving the highest customer satisfaction.

You will…

1. Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training
2. Demonstrate your proven track record of leadership development of others, including field evaluations, coaching, and training
3. Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results
4. Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service, accept constructive feedback, and commit to continual improvement
5. Drive revenue generation and growth by motivating the team through daily check-ins and holding teams accountable for results
6. Showcase operational skills, including managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and investing strategically in growth while balancing expenses
7. Recognize and develop talent during recruitment, selection, and training across sales, service, and customer service staff, including management
8. Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of training

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use a ladder within weight capacity safely
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Wear PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
• Willing to relocate within the Tennessee Region
