Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility offering inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. Our team delivers compassionate, dignified care and supports clients through intake, supervision, meals, transportation, and medications to sustain a positive recovery environment.

We are hiring BHTs for second and third shifts. Must have a valid drivers license and CPR certification; if you are in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
