Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Tech Standards (BHTS) for all shifts at its Clarksville residential facility. You will support admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision and office tasks while engaging clients in a recovery-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and CPR certification. If in recovery, at least one year of sobriety is required, along with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
