Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare Inc. seeks dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) for our inpatient SUD treatment facility in Duncansville, PA. You will provide direct supervision, support, and engagement to clients, helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment throughout recovery.

No prior behavioral health experience is required; we offer training and opportunities for advancement, with full training provided and potential shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred but not required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake and orientation of new clients.
• Observe and monitor clients’ behavior, wellbeing, and engagement in treatment.
• Support treatment plan objectives and recovery goals.
• Respond to client concerns and crises; maintain professional boundaries.
