Pyramid Healthcare is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our inpatient SUD treatment facility in Duncansville, PA. No prior behavioral health experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

As a BHT, you will supervise and engage clients, support treatment goals, and help maintain a safe, structured therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake and orientation of new clients.
• Monitor client behavior and engagement in treatment.
• Support individualized treatment plan objectives and recovery goals.
• Respond to client concerns and crisis situations as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and rapport with clients.
• Document client information accurately and confidentially.
