The role requires a high school diploma, PCA experience, knowledge of EHR systems, and the ability to pass background and drug checks. It offers 12-hour shifts, pay of $17.00–$24.81 per hour, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a client advocate, PCA, or similar.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems (EHR).
• Must pass BCI check, corporate compliance checks, and employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Age 25 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance and monitoring to individuals in Residential treatment.
• Monitor client progress and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Complete billing and documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain notes and communicate shift updates with leadership and medical teams.
• Establish rapport with clients and work with a diverse population.
