Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions, LLC in Whitehall, Ohio seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to support individuals in residential treatment, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. PRN shifts available, 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am, with compensation ranging from $17.00 to $24.81 per hour.

You will complete timely documentation, assist with meals and housekeeping, coordinate with clinical and medical teams, uphold HIPAA and 42 CFR provisions, pass BCI and

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as client advocate, PCA or similar position.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Must pass BCI check and corporate compliance checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support, guidance and monitoring to individuals in Residential treatment.
• Monitor client progress and ensure adherence to program guidelines.
• Complete billing and documentation accurately in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clinical and medical teams and communicate daily shift notes.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA/42 CFR compliance.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping and facility management as needed.
