Job summary

This role requires monitoring consumers, documenting symptoms, and participating in shift reports, contributing to a residential service open 24/7.

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with the population served. The position offers a range of benefits, including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience with the population served and/or crisis experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer.
• Documents any reported or observed symptoms of consumers.
• Participates in Shift Report.
• Provides transportation.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

AA degree or a BS/BA degree preferred
