Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least five years of life experience with serious mental illness or substance addiction.
• Peer Support Certification required for Peer Support.
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field required for Qualified Professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and monitoring for consumers.
• Document reported or observed symptoms.
• Participate in shift reports.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete other assigned duties.
