Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Sunrise Residential Rehabilitation Program in Elkton, Maryland.

This full-time role supports adults in residential care, with a 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and involves safety, daily documentation, and community outings. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of experience in mental health, human services, or social services preferred.
• Residential experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor residential homes daily to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support residents in developing independent living skills.
• Monitor medications and document services in the electronic health record (training provided).
• Assist with recreational, social, and community outings.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and community activities using agency vehicles.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and shift notes.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.
