Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services' Sunrise Residential Rehabilitation Program seeks compassionate Residential Behavioral Assistants to support adults with serious mental illness in a safe, recovery-focused residential setting.

Overnight shifts 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and additional PRN opportunities are available, with training provided and a supportive team to help you develop in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in mental health, behavioral health or human services.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• HS diploma/GED with relevant experience considered.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Experience with electronic health records or documentation.

Responsabilités

• Monitor residential homes to ensure safety, cleanliness and well‑being of residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living skills.
• Support meal planning and meal preparation activities.
• Assist with recreational, social and community outings.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities using agency vehicles.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system.
• Promote a safe, supportive and recovery‑focused living environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers and treatment team members.
