Job summary

Psynergy Programs is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper I for our Sacramento, CA location. This full-time role focuses on maintaining a clean, high-end residential environment and providing sanitary amenities to residents in behavioral health settings.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience and certifications. Benefits include meals per shift, 401k, PTO, education support, and bonus programs.

Responsibilities

• Your role as a housekeeper I.
• Cleans assigned areas by Psynergy standards.
• Cleans bathrooms and showers.
• Reports on repairs or maintenance observed during cleaning.
• Reports irregularities in clients’ rooms, such as prohibited items.
• Maintains supplies and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

About You

We are seeking someone who performs exceptional housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and high-end residential building and to provide sanitary amenities to all residents.

You will need:

• We compensate you for your accomplishments and talents! Other qualifications, certifications, and degrees including AA, and BA earn you more $$ so let us know! – preferred.
• Great attitude - required.
• Experience working in behavioral health or residential care - preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Your role as a housekeeper I
• Cleans assigned areas by Psynergy standards.
• Cleans bathrooms and showers.
• Reports on any needed repairs or maintenance observed during cleaning activities.
• Reports any irregularities witnessed in clients’ rooms, such as hidden medications or any
• prohibited items.
• Maintains supplies and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
