Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned behavioral health homes per NCIA standards and applicable regulations.
• Schedule, coach, and evaluate Community Living Associates across shifts; manage call-outs and training.
• Ensure attendance, care tracking, and data are documented in required systems within deadlines.
• Maintain safe, clean, therapeutic home environment; conduct inspections and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, appointments, outings, and transportation supports with leadership.
• Monitor medication supplies, orders, documentation, and report issues promptly.
