Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RHS certification preferred.
• Two years of supervised experience working with children and families.
• Experience in cross-cultural settings preferred, preferably with Native American cultures.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for facilitating the daily operation of YK Residential facilities and the associated programming.
• Supervisory responsibilities for psychiatric technicians (as directed).
• Reports directly to facility Clinical Coordinators unless otherwise directed.
