Job summary

Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a supervisor for Behavioral Health to oversee clinicians, case-managers, and counselors in a rural Alaska setting. The role emphasizes integrated assessments, treatment planning, and referrals, with collaboration across villages and the Family Center Intake teams.

The position requires a Master's in a health field and Alaska licensure or eligibility, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing with a specialty in Mental Health.
• Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
• Three (3) years clinical experience providing various behavioral health direct services.
• Experience in a cross-cultural setting, preferably with Native American cultures.
• Appropriate State of Alaska licensure required or must obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Computer literacy required.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Clinicians, Case-Managers, and Counselors.
