Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage admissions and referrals for out-of-home residential treatment, coordinating between utilization management, residential providers, care management, and community partners to ensure timely access to quality care.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams; travel up to 10% within Arizona; full-time; 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare Administration or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment across multiple levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support the member's treatment goals.
• Manage the residential referral process, including distribution of referrals, tracking provider responses, and documentation.
