Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support admissions and coordinate referrals for out-of-home behavioral health services. You will liaise with utilization management teams, residential providers, care management staff, and external partners to ensure timely access to appropriate treatment settings.

The role requires clinical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, with travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process including distribution of referrals and documentation of facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, treating providers, and community partners to ensure timely submission of clinical information.
