Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of behavioral health experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and clinical support aligned with TVN mission.
• Manages behavior modification documentation and safety protocols.
• Assists with transportation, attendance, and parent communication.
• Delivers crisis or individual counseling and group sessions for youth.
• Coordinates with teachers and clinical staff on curriculum and activities.
• Maintains a safe environment and supports daily campus operations.
