Anderson Center For Autism Inc in New York is hiring a Residential Behavior Specialist (RBS) to provide direct behavioral services to children in a residential setting. The RBS will conduct assessments, support staff, and oversee behavioral plans to promote skill development.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in psychology or ABA, and preferably experience with dual diagnoses. The role includes full-time hours with evening and weekend shifts, and a robust benefits package including up to 6 weeks of paid time off.
The Residential Behavior Specialist (RBS) provides direct person-centered behavioral services to the children's program residential setting and consultation services, as needed. Behavioral services include behavioral support planning, direct intervention, and skill development. The RBS also provides staff and family training and oversight of plan implementation. Behavior Specialists in this role will be provided the supervision necessary to obtain the BCBA and NYS LBA certifications.
Pay Range: $25.52 - $28.02 Hourly; Based on experience
Work Hours: Full-Time (Second Shift, 40 hours - one weekend day)
